7'S SHOPPING CENTER

CARMEN. According to Google is a 2nd municipal income class municipality in the province of Bohol, Philippines. My husband and I fell in-love with the Chocolate Hills and so we decided to check out the town, and lo! We will soon branch out!

We will have the Soft Opening,which will be temporary structure on February 24, 2017.

After Jagna’s project, we will then start constructing Carmen. It’s a gonna be a 3-storey building, first floor will be for rent and the rest of the floors will be department store.

We are currently contacting Food chains and convenient stores… There’s still a lot of Feasibility study to do, good thing we have a year to do that!

Jagna will soon stand in 2018…! 🙂

SHOK was born in April 28, 2011.  This is how it looks like way back then. It has only 150 square meters floor area, and there were only six employees including the cashier.  

The Store’s objective was to sell the cheapest items in town that targets buyers that can’t afford to get branded items.

If you notice the flooring, there was no Tiles, no fancy painting, no air-condition, no office. It was just really a very simple small retail store.

Who would have thought that this MOTHER Store will look like this in 2013? Look! That’s our Chairman, Seven Sy helping out with the Christmas Decoration 🙂

Who would have thought that this MOTHER Store will be able to give birth to five branches?
